Integer Construction Director
Fdn Construction Management
I started working in construction industry as a labourer in the first summer holidays after finishing secondary school.
Ever since then I have had a passion for constructing bespoke solutions to be used by public or private individuals.
After working with various trades on many different projects I was mostly attracted to carpentry, therefore carpentry was the first trade I successfully achieved as an apprentice.
However I am always keen to progress, so I successfully completed a Construction Management degree at University of East London at a distinction level. This experience has developed my understanding of the current state of the construction industry and the main areas of improvement.
Working on a major infrastructure project (Crossrail), as part of the principal contractor team, has increased my knowledge of the methodology/procedures behind ensuring customer desired quality, whilst keeping the safety of everyone involved as priority.
My drive is to ensure customer satisfaction at all times; whether it consists of perfection, speed of construction, sustainability or all put together.
